Missouri is the place I call home. It is inspiration for my art.
My Story
I was born, raised, and have spent the majority of my life in the state of Missouri. Though I have traveled and vacationed in almost every state in the USA and enjoyed them all to me Missouri is home. My art and art products reflect my love of the flora, fauna, people, and events of rural Missouri. Though I am not famous like Thomas Art Benton, Grant Wood, or Lowel Davis, I consider myself to be a regionalist artist. However, I do style hop at times to include decorative art, cartoons, and illustrations. I attended Missouri Southern State University and acquired a Bachelor of Science in Art Education. I taught elementary art for six years and enjoyed every moment of it. Setting sail to become a fulltime professional artist has been something I dreamed of my whole life. As I embark on this journey I look forward to sharing my art with everyone who ventures upon this site.
